Working Principle
Vacuuming:
First, evacuate the packaging cavity to completely remove oxygen and impurities.
Inflation Protection:
The machine injects high-purity mixed gas (such as O₂, N₂, CO₂) to inhibit microbial growth and extend shelf life.
Precision Sealing:
Driven by a servo motor, the heating plate works in conjunction with color-mark photoelectric tracking and positioning to achieve high-precision heat sealing and ensure pattern alignment.
Automated Process:
automatic tray loading → product distribution → vacuuming → inflation → film sealing → waste film recovery → finished product output. The entire process is controlled by a PLC program with closed-loop operation.
