Working Principle
Film processing: The bottom film (stretched film) automatically adjusts the tension through the induction tensioning system to complete the stretching and shaping;
Forming and heat sealing:
The pneumatic lever lifting mechanism independently controls the forming film and the heat-sealing film, and multiple embedded heating plates evenly transfer the temperature;
The vacuum heat-sealing studio maintains a stable sealing position under strong pressure to avoid displacement.
Cutting and recycling: The cross-cutting knife group cuts the packaging film at high speed, and the waste film is automatically recycled through the induction system and an abnormality is warned.
Cyclic operation: The servo motor drives the studio to rise and fall, and the industrial control system coordinates each module to achieve 12 high-speed cycles per minute.

Lower Membrane Device: Adopting an inductive-based automatic braking and tensioning system, it is equipped with a horizontal adjustment handle to fine-tune the lateral tension of the packaging film in real time. In the lower membrane process, the material is typically stretch film that requires stretching to form the desired shape.

Forming & Heat Sealing: The lifting mechanism for both forming and heat-sealing films employs a pneumatic lever-type independent self-locking lifting system. Multiple heating tubes embedded with heating plates ensure more uniform temperature distribution.

Control System: Our control system features a Siemens controller, a 10-inch color digital display, and an aluminum-magnesium alloy rotating cantilever control box with 320° adjustable installation.

Vacuum Heat Sealing System: The vacuum heat sealing chamber features an independent stabilization system design, maintaining structural stability under high sealing pressure without shifting.
