  This machine with an overall length of  three point three meters. The output can reach 4-6 cycles per minute. It is suitable for small and middle workshops.

  The mold adopts an upper and lower split type combined aluminum alloy molds, hard anodizing treatment, easy to disassemble and assemble, corrosion-resistant, and meets food-grade standards.

  The heating plates all adopt a heating tube embedded structure, facilitating subsequent maintenance and replacement.

  The film tracking uses servo control for high-speed and high-precision positioning of the film movement design. Adopts German imported SICK photoelectric tracking system and German IWIS film-tracing chains, which can cover color films to ensure the alignment of logo patterns.

  The machine is equipped with power-off memory function.

  Vacuum Pump: Internationally renowned brand BUSCH food-grade vacuum pumps are available.

  Both upper and lower films device adopt inductive automatic braking and film-tensioning system, use the air expansion shaft to adjust the tension of the film. The tension of the film can be adjusted at any time.

  The cross cutting knife controlled by PLC program and can be set to open or close on the touch screen.

  The waste side recovery system adopts roll-film recycling system.
