Working Principle
Fully automatic packaging process:
Bag delivery → coding → bag opening inspection → metering feeding → vacuuming → sealing → finished product output
● Bag discharging detection: 10 station turntable accurately dispenses the bag, and the photoelectric sensor detects whether the bag mouth is open and whether there is material to avoid empty bags;
● Vacuum sealing: 12-station vacuum chamber is independently controlled, continuously rotated to vacuum, and abnormal stations are automatically isolated, which does not affect the overall operation;
● Intelligent coding: laser or ribbon coding, suitable for packaging bags of different materials;
● Cooling and leakage-proof: The intelligent air cooling system is quick to cool down to prevent condensate from damaging the solenoid valve, which is energy-saving and efficient.
Transmission & Lubrication:

Optimized frame structure, reasonable layout: The main frame is assembled and processed through many procedures, including precision machining. The carbon steel lower frame is 25 mm thick and welded before machining. The upper frame is 24mm thick and the surface is smooth. Optimized frame structure and reasonable layout ensure the smooth and high-speed operation of the whole equipment.

Workstation 10+12: The bag feeding turntable is designed with 10 workstations, and the vacuum chamber has 12 workstations. It adopts a reinforced turntable seat, turntable sleeve, and central shaft, with good rigidity, strength, and corrosion resistance. The equipment remains stable during high-speed operation. The vacuum system rotates continuously. The vacuum chamber is controlled separately, with one malfunctioning and the others working normally.

Automatic detection function: It can automatically detect whether there is a bag in the bag box, automatically detect whether the bag is open and decide whether to measure and feed, and automatically detect whether there is material in the bag and decide whether to seal it.

Gear and cam transmission: The core component cam adopts fully digital calculation, design, and processing according to the motion requirements, without manual polishing, with precise motion and good quality control. The cam action can also be designed according to special needs, making the overall operation of the equipment more stable and smooth.

Automatic lubrication system: Due to long-term operation, the main transmission components of the equipment require lubrication, so an automatic lubrication oil tank is installed inside the equipment. The equipment can be automatically lubricated and maintained, and can be recycled to extend its service life.
