Working Principle
Controlled Atmosphere Preservation (MAP)
Gas replacement: Evacuate the original air in the package and inject a protective gas mixture (e.g., CO₂ to inhibit microbial growth, O₂ to maintain meat color, and N₂ as an inert filler to displace oxygen).
Gas ratio control: The system automatically adjusts the gas mixture ratio based on the characteristics of different foods (e.g., high O₂ combined with CO₂ for meat, pure N₂ for nuts).
Sealed packaging: Utilizes thermoforming or ultrasonic sealing technology to create an airtight environment, ensuring long-term stability of the gas composition.
Skin Packaging Technology
Film Forming: The process uses vacuum adsorption or heating to soften the film, enabling it to tightly conform to product contours and minimize air residue.
Precise Control: The photoelectric tracking system ensures accurate film positioning to prevent misalignment and reduce film waste.
Core advantages
-
Excellent preservation effect
Customized gas ratios significantly extend the shelf life of food (e.g., 3–5 times for red meat and 2–3 times for cheese). They inhibit microbial growth, oxidative rancidity, and color deterioration, thereby maintaining product freshness and sensory quality.
-
Flexible and efficient operation
The machine supports multiple models, suitable for small-batch production or large-scale processing.Quick mold replacement accommodates products of different shapes (e.g., whole cuts of meat, irregular fruits and vegetables).
-
Safe and reliable
The power protection system safeguards equipment against voltage fluctuations, power surges, and leakage.Stainless steel complies with food-grade standards and offers easy cleaning and maintenance.
-
Energy-saving and durable
The independent heating element design reduces energy consumption and extends component life. The high-speed film system reduces film waste and improves packaging efficiency.

Application areas
This equipment is widely used in the following food categories and industries:
Meat and sausage products
Red meat (beef, pork): With high O₂ (70–80%) to maintain bright red color, CO₂ (20–30%) inhibits microorganisms.
Poultry: High CO₂ (50%) extends shelf life, combined with cold chain.
Smoked/cured meat products: Low CO₂ (<20%) prevents the development of sour taste and extends shelf life.
Aquatic products
Fish/seafood: CO₂ (50%) delays spoilage, N₂ prevents packaging collapse.
Shellfish/crustaceans: Low CO₂ (20–30%) prevents sour taste from developing.
Dairy products
Hard cheese: CO₂ inhibits mold without interfering with the ripening process.
Soft cheese/yogurt: Low CO₂ (<20%) prevents packaging collapse and the onset of sour taste.
Fruits, vegetables, and ready-to-eat products
Fresh fruits and vegetables: Uses EMA (balanced atmosphere) combined with micro-perforated film to maintain the O₂ required for respiration.
Ready-to-eat meals/salads: A mixture of CO₂ and N₂ inhibits bacteria and extends shelf life.
Baking and snacks
Bread/cake: A CO₂-rich atmosphere prevents mold, and N₂ prevents collapse.
Nuts/potato chips: 100% N₂ prevents oxidation and mechanical damage.
Other high value-added products
Coffee/milk powder: Pure N₂ packaging prevents fatty acid oxidation.
Wine: Inert gas (Ar, N₂) protects the headspace of the bottle to avoid oxidation and deterioration.
